The Tri-Dyne Tele-Pier, affords contractors, and or skilled homeowners the ability to periodically (every 5-10 years
as needed, commensurate on soil conditions) adjust the elevation of a raised building structure. In keeping with the TDI’s
mission, this product will dramatically reduce building maintenance
costs, and improve the serviceability of, and longevity of the raised
structure, increasing the value of the home.
The breakthrough Tri-Dyne Tele-Pier uses a patent-pending system that allows an individual to lift a raised structure using commonly available rental equipment, by placing Tri-Dyne Tele-Pier shims under the piers telescoping section. This application can be completed in a few hours time. Additionally the Homeowner is not required to move out of the home.
