Our latest product, the Tri-Dyne
Tele-Pier (TDTP), affords contractors, and/or skilled homeowners
the ability to re-level or adjust the elevation of a
raised building structure. In keeping with Tri-Dyne's philosophy, the
Tri-Dyne Tele-Pier will dramatically reduce building maintenance costs, and improve
the serviceability and longevity of any raised-foundation type structure. |
A BETTER SOLUTION: Adjust versus
Repair. The telescoping pier is more efficient because
installation is faster
and cheaper. Once installed, the pre-cast Tele-Pier units are easily
adjusted to compensate for settlement -- There is less mess and no need to move out for residential
or commercial property owners. Once installed,
The Tri-Dyne Tele-Pier is
the below-market-cost solution to leveling any raised-foundation
type structure.
Installation is required by a licensed contractor. |

The objective in development of the Tri-Dyne
Tele-Pier was to create a raised pier foundation system that
incorporates a passive system for maintaining the elevation of raised
homes, suitable for use on new or existing construction.
The Tri-Dyne Tele-Pier is designed for typical
residential one to three story foundation loads. If your project has
special foundation load requirements, Tri-Dyne's Engineers will
calculate the concrete strength and steel re-enforcement specific to your
application.
The Tri-Dyne
Tele-Pier is a patent-pending pre-cast reinforced concrete
adjustable pier foundation system.
The Tri-Dyne Tele-Pier consists
of a stationary outer pier section and a telescoping inner pier section.
In the event that the supported structure need to be raised or re-leveled,
this telescoping arrangement allows lifting the supported structure using commonly available
jacking equipment. In this manner, re-leveling or raising a
structure can be completed in a few hours time.
In a typical foundation application, the stationary outer
pier section of the Tri-Dyne Tele-Pier is anchored onto a grade beam or spread footing
by means of connectors and drilled fasteners.
The inner, telescoping portion of the Tri-Dyne Tele-Pier is attached to the structure's sill beam by means of an articulated metal
beam seat. The beam seat can is rigidly fastened to the structure's
sill beam using nails through-bolts, or lag-bolts. The articulated
connection between the beam seat and the telescoping inner pier allows
in-plane rotation of the sill beam over the pier. By allowing
some rotation of the sill beam over the pier, permanent warping of the
sill beam is eliminated.
The Tri-Dyne Tele-Pier installation does not
requires any internal mechanical tooling (i.e. screw jacks, hydraulic
cylinders). Externally lifting the structure from the sill beam is the
most common method for restoring a structure to level. The engineering
model and full-scale load tests have shown this product to be superior to
currently available alternatives under both compression and lateral loads.
The Tri-Dyne Tele-Pier is a
foundation system and leveling system that will provide lifelong service to your structure. Because it is
constructed of pre-cast concrete, Tri-Dyne can ensure
the Tele-Pier's quality, durability and
strength. |
